Norstar Flash Voice Mail

Norstar Flash Voice Mail functions as three systems in one and puts an end to missed calls and lower productivity caused by tying employees to their telephones.

Auto Receptionist ensures calls are answered promptly, 24 hours a day. This feature can also be used to provide round-the-clock information and greetings customized for morning, afternoon or evening hours.
Auto Operator will route calls to the person the caller wants to speak with, and re-route the call if the line is busy or unattended. Up to 100 designated telephone numbers can be automatically routed to specific numbers, extensions or mailboxes.
Auto Messenger allows users to record greetings in their own voices and customize a main greeting as well as an alternate greeting for extended absences from the office. All messages can also be sent to an extension, pager or off-premise telephone, as designated by your employee.
