This standards-based service uses a Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) or video bridge located in a hub central office, all managed by BellSouth. BellSouth's capability to provide a fully managed network is a guarantee that you can focus on your meetings... not your equipment.

Customers may also call, fax, or E-Mail scheduling requests to the BellSouth Scheduling Center with as little as 31 minutes notice during business hours. A certification conference will be scheduled prior to your first actual conference to ensure that all systems are go.
