BellSouth® Enhanced Voice Conferencing offers flexible and cost-effective ways to help you accomplish more in less time with fewer resources. Anyone who has access to a telephone can participate in voice conferencing, anytime, anywhere.
Enhanced Voice Conferences can be established in three ways:
- A BellSouth Conference Representative dials out to all participants and places them in a conference together,
- Participants dial into the conference from any location using their long distance carrier, or
- Participants dial into the conference from any location using a pre-assigned 1-800 number
- Retail: Price changes, product announcements, and promotions can be announced via Enhanced Voice Conferencing or distributed via Broadcast Fax.
- Advertising/Marketing: Solicit customer information via Enhanced Voice Conferencing, and provide information via Fax-On-Demand. Issue press releases or product news quickly and easily to a predetermined fax list.
- Manufacturing: Update delivery schedules, announce inclement-weather office closings or post job opportunities via Audio Bulletin Board. Distribute training/product materials via Broadcast Fax or Fax-On-Demand.
- Healthcare: Share medical research findings, and coordinate volunteers or staff via Enhanced Voice Conferencing; distribute medical information via Broadcast Fax or Fax-On-Demand.
