If you are a student currently enrolled in a second-year MBA program, our two-year leadership development program will challenge you and offer an immediate chance to contribute to BellSouth's success. The goal is to provide you with a tremendous career opportunity, while developing our pipeline of future BellSouth leaders. The program consists of three 8-month challenging rotations in three different BellSouth entities. Rotational assignments will be in different functional areas including, but not limited to, Marketing, Operations, and Business/Strategic Planning. Participants will also receive leading-edge training as well as the opportunity to interface with current BellSouth leaders. As a participant, you will be assigned an official mentor throughout the program. In addition, BellSouth's Leadership Development Group will monitor each participants' progress during the program in order to make sure all their needs are met and the program lives up to the expectations that were communicated.
