|Terms Applicable to All Plans:
AT&T imposes the following charges: a Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee of up to $1.25 to help defray its costs incurred in complying with obligations and charges imposed by State and Federal telecom regulation, a gross receipts surcharge, and State and Federal Universal Service charges. The Regulatory Cost Recovery Fee is not a tax or a government-required charge. AT&T reserves the right to terminate your service if less than 50% of your usage over three consecutive billing cycles is on AT&T -owned systems.
Effective 11/1/07, all new customers will receive a summary bill for their wireless services, and existing customers who change their rate plan or add/change to a data plan will have detailed billing removed and will switch to a summary bill. Detailed billing information is available through www.wireless.att.com free of charge. Customers who request to switch from the summary bill to detailed billing can add the feature for $1.99/month per wireless number.
Wireless service is subject to credit approval and early cancellation fees. Prices do not include taxes, directory assistance, roaming, universal service fees or other exactions.The rate shown applies to all minutes in excess of the included minutes. Airtime and other measured usage are billed in full-minute increments, and actual airtime and usage are rounded up to the next full increment at the end of each call for billing purposes. Wireless charges a full minute of airtime for usage for every fraction of the last minute of airtime used on each wireless call. Airtime charges will be incurred to access select features from your wireless phone. See your rate plan brochure for other terms and conditions applicable to plans. Other restrictions and charges may apply. Limited-time offer. Night hours are 9pm-5:59am Mon.-Fri. and weekend hours are 9pm Fri. to 5:59am Mon. Customer must (1) use phone programmed with Wireless' preferred roaming database; (2) have a mailing address and live in the area in which subscription is made. Customer may reach an intercept service allowing the use of a credit card to pay for roaming. Calls requiring the use of credit card or operator assistance are additional. AT&T plan price savings require the purchase of Complete Choice and BellSouth Unlimited Long Distance plan. Long Distance services provided by BellSouth Long Distance, Inc., and available in BellSouth service areas. BellSouth Unlimited Long Distance plan is for domestic residential voice usage only and only available to Complete Choice plan customers. Not available to customers with Variable Call Forwarding, Preferred Call Forwarding, or Remote Access to Call Forwarding features on the local line. Additional state-mandated charges may apply on certain specified routes. Terms, conditions and restrictions apply.
Rollover Minutes: Rollover Minutes accumulate and expire through 12 rolling bill periods. Bill Period 1 (activation) unused Anytime Minutes will not carry over. Bill Period 2 unused Anytime Minutes will begin to carry over. Rollover Minutes accumulated starting with Bill Period 2 will expire each bill period as they reach a 12 bill period age. Rollover Minutes will also expire immediately upon default or if customer changes to a non-Rollover plan. If you change from one rollover plan to another rollover plan, any accumulated Rollover Minutes in excess of the new plan's number of monthly anytime minutes will expire upon such change. If you migrate a single line to a FamilyTalk plan, or should a subscriber join a FamilyTalk plan for which your line is the primary line, any accumulated Rollover Minutes for all lines included in the new FamilyTalk group's Rollover Minutes in excess of the monthly Anytime Minutes for such group shall expire upon such change. Rollover Minutes are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not transferable. Night and Weekend and Mobile to Mobile Minutes do not carry over.
Unlimited night and weekend minutes are only available on AT&T plans starting at $49.99 per month.
Pay-Per-Use Text Messaging is included with new service, $0.15 per message sent or received. You may remove Text Messaging at any time by contacting customer service at (866).
Mobile-to-mobile minutes may be used when directly dialing from the mobile-to-mobile rate area applicable to your plan to any other wireless phone number from AT&T. Mobile minutes also apply to calls received from other wireless phone numbers from AT&T only when received within the mobile-to-mobile rate area. When mobile-to-mobile minutes are depleted, calling-plan rates apply. Mobile-to-mobile requires that Caller ID be passed to the incoming phone (some systems do not pass Caller ID). If Caller ID is not present on inbound calls, mobile-to-mobile does not apply.
AT&T does not guarantee availability of the network. Rates do not apply to International long distance, International roaming or calls requiring operator assistance. Night and Weekend hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 p.m. to 5:59am and all day Saturday and Sunday. Certain other conditions and restrictions apply. See wireless service agreement for details. International calling will incur separate long distance charges.Service cancellation after 30 days and before the end of your 24-month term will result in up to a $175 termination fee.
Other: A one time activation charge of $36.00 will apply for each individual plan line and for the first FamilyTalk line ordered. A one time activation charge of $26.00 for each additional FamilyTalk will apply for each additional FamilyTalk line ordered. Shipping and handling fee of $9.95 per phone applies. Promotional features may be canceled after initial term of the service contract.
