Other Make sure that the telephone line connected to your DSL modem is plugged directly into the telephone jack or into the side of the filter labeled ADSL HPN. Go to step 4.
4. Ensure that the filters are installed on all phone jacks with phone devices.
5. Ensure that your DSL modem is NOT plugged into a surge protector.
6. Shut down your computer:
From the Start menu, select Shut Down
From the drop-down list, select Shut down
Click OK
7. Remove the phone line from modem.
8. Wait two minutes.
9. Plug the phone line back into the modem, and power up the computer.
10. Open your Web browser, and try to connect to the Internet.
11. If the connection fails, call FastAccess® Technical Support at 1.888.321.2375.
