A.   Nonregulated charges are those charges which are not controlled by the FCC or your state public utilities regulatory agency. Examples are 900 calls , MemoryCall and directory advertising.

Q.   When is my bill payment due?

A.   The Current charges Past Due Date on the stub portion of your bill tells you when your payment is due. If you need to pay your bill after this date, contact your BellSouth Specialist to make appropriate arrangements.
