RightTouch® Service
RightTouch service allows customers to do business with At&T 24 hours a day, seven days a week. RightTouch is a "free" service. All that's needed is a touch-tone telephone and a Personal Access Code (PAC). The PAC is a four-digit code that's included monthly in the "Messages" portion of your bill.

Customers calling RightTouch service are greeted by a friendly-recorded voice and given instructions on using the service. Customers respond to the questions by touching certain numbers on the touch-tone keypad to take advantage of the following options:

  • Receive information about your telephone account.
  • Make payment arrangements.
  • Request duplicate bills (AL, MS, KY, LA, TN only).
  • Order Custom Calling Services, such as Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Speed Calling, and Three-Way Calling.
  • Suspend or restore service (FL, GA, NC, SC only).
  • Disconnect service.
  • Receive information about other AT&T services, such as TouchStar® and RingMaster services.

RightTouch service is popular with all residence customers, and is especially helpful to customers who are visually impaired.
