Customer must receive a combined bill that includes AT&T Long Distance and wireless services and must subscribe to: (1) a landline local access service from a qualifying AT&T local service affiliate; and (2) a qualifying domestic, outbound interstate long distance plan from AT&T Long Distance. Rates subject to change. Airtime charges apply to wireless calls. Customer must be in good standing with both AT&T Long Distance and wireless, including; (a.) not subject to company-initiated toll restriction, (b.) not on temporary suspension for bill non-payment, (c.) having been active as a wireless customer for the past 90 days. If customers currently have an international plan with AT&T Long Distance and/or wireless, customer must agree to replace their current international long distance plan(s) with the plan. Rates exclude calling card calls, taxes, fees, and universal service charges. Calling card calls are subject to service charges and different per-minute usage charges. All calls are billed in one-minute increments; partial minutes are rounded and charged as full minutes. Rates apply on wireless originating calls throughout the same footprint in which the customer’s airtime package minutes apply. A Carrier Cost Recovery Fee (CCRF) of $1.49 may also apply. This is not a tax or charge imposed or required by any government. Customers’ calls, using plan rates, may not become effective for use on exactly the same date for AT&T Long Distance and wireless.
